Micasa Sucasa only 2 miles to Bastrop state park. We are 26 miles from Austin International Airport. The city of Bastrop is famous for its beautiful outdoor vistas. Among these are the revitalized Bastrop State Park, the 900-acre Lake Bastrop, and a handful of lovely parks (including the incredible Dinosaur Park). As for comfort, you can adjust the thermostat yourself. It is conveniently located just off Hwy 71 easy access in case you need to rush into town to do some errands, only minutes from Downtown Bastrop, Buc-ee's, HEB Plus and Walmart Our past guests have commented on how quiet and peaceful it is around here. By the way, we have upgraded and updated everything on our place, which is fairly brand new. . If you can not reach us on our phone, we'll return your call as soon as possible. We strive to keep the place as allergy free as possible so that future guests are confident they'll be comfortable. We prohibit smoking, e-cigarettes, incense, burning of candles, or anything else that will give the house a strong scent that might impact a future guest. We even strive to rent to non-smokers only. That way, the particulates that cling to clothing can't be transferred to the couch, pillows, drapes, etc., and possibly affect future guests You will have access to the entire house. and you may use all of the front yard, the way we see it, when you're here, you're family, and we hope you feel the same before you leave. You can park vehicle under carport. The garage and other structures on the property are used for storage and are off limits to the guest. Ants and other insects are common in Bastrop, TX because of the climate. Please do not leave the doors/windows open to avoid these little creatures from coming indoors. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free, and we intend to keep it that way with your help. We’ve implemented Vrbo Enhanced Cleaning Guidelines. This air-conditioned villa is equipped with 3 bedrooms, a couple of cable flat-screen TV, and a fully kitchen with a microwave and stove,oven and refrigerator. Towels and bed linen are provided in this accommodation. We love the environment of our area where you can see the stars at night and are away from all the hustle & and bustle, but at the same time, you're not that far from town. Bastrop is the kind of town that dreams are made of, with a downtown so charming, located about 100 miles northeast of San Antonio, Houston. Bastrop retains the best of small-town Texas (a quaint main street! American flags draped everywhere!) while still reaping the big-city benefits of nearby Austin (25 minutes to the airport!). Today, Bastrop is home to a famous DJ, a famous chef, a famous writer, and like every other place in Texas. There is speculation that Elon Musk is moving here, too. A visit to downtown Bastrop is akin to a choose-your-own adventure. Want to catch a buzz? Bastrop Beer Company, Colorado River Winery, 602 Brewing Company, and Cooper Shot Distillery all sit within a three-block radius. Hungry? Neighbor's Kitchen + Yard, Base Camp Deli, Anita's Mexican, and Tough Cookie Bakery all come highly recommended. Need a dose of nature? Take a stroll down to Fisherman's Park to find river access, as well as canoe and kayak rentals, a kiddie splash pad, and playground. Bastrop State Park, a 10-ish or so minute drive from downtown, offers camping, picnic area, swimming, biking and hiking, and fishing. Drive yourself around town & take a road trip. It is the best way to get around and explore the local shops and restaurants. We really want you to enjoy our Micasa Sucasa, We ask that our guests respect our place and take care of it while you are here. Understand and please follow the typical house guidelines, Thank you! 1\. No food or drinks in bedrooms. 2\. Please respect check-in and check out times The late check-out is $50/hr. Subject to approval and must be notified in advance. 3\. No wet towels on furniture. 4\. No smoking inside the house is permitted. Please use the designated area for smoking outside & use ashtray to throw away cigarette buds in trash. if found, smoking or consuming drugs inside home, there is $1000 fine. 5\. No parties. 6\. No candles are allowed. 7\. Do not use premises for illegal substances. 8\. A pet-friendly space must add pets to the reservation, or it will be canceled automatically. 9\. By making a reservation, you accept that we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, on the property, whether inside or outside. 10\. Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and reported to Vrbo and unfortunately won't be able to book with us again. Reasons to get terminated immediately, and there will be no reimbursement: Partying, trashing the place, exceeding the maximum capacity of guests without letting us know, disrespecting our place.
