He went and double checked the room before getting us keys to ensure it was ready for them to go lay down. He moved fast and efficient. Will return as long as he continues to be an employee for this establishment!"

You had to make reservations on line, that was not a problem but, then had to show the confirmation # to the short handed staff who were running the diner in front of hotel. Then wait till they served their patrons. Felt bad for all involved. Otherwise staff and room were neat"
