### Villa Bougainvillea - Sandy Bank Bay Vacation Home St. Kitts

Villa Bougainvillea is conveniently located within the gated beachfront community of Sandy Bank Bay, within Christophe Harbour on St. Kitts' famed Southeast Peninsula. The front of the villa opens to the spacious entertaining area which includes a modern fully equipped kitchen with center island with seating, a living room with sofa seating and a dining area. Double sliding doors open to the private pool and deck area with 4 sun loungers and a covered seating area perfect for a relaxing getaway.  
  
On the lower level of the home there are 2 ensuite bedrooms with king beds and 1 ensuite bedroom with 2 queen beds. A further guest bedroom master suite is located on the upper level of the villa with its own ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. All bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathrooms. The upper level of the villa features a second veranda area with seating. The pool area which is located off the living area of the villa via the sliding glass doors is private to the villa and features a large deck area with sun loungers as well as a covered area with additional seating for relaxing. A half/pool bathroom is located off the patio area whilst also having access from the main house. A gas BBQ is provided on the pool deck for your convenience.  
The villa benefits from full central air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans.   
  
Laundry facilities are available in the villa and feature a washer and dryer  
  
Children are welcome at this villa and there is a portable playpen/crib and a high chair available.   
  
For larger gatherings, our sister villa, Villa Hibiscus is located opposite side and offers a further 4 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms with sleeping for an additional 10 persons. The design of both villas is similar and both are just a minutes walk from each other.  
  
Our on-island property management team, SKB Rentals, is available to provide assistance throughout your experience, and will facilitate a seamless check-in process.   
  
Villa Bougainvillea is conveniently located within the gated beachfront community of Sandy Bank Bay, within Christophe Harbour on St. Kitts' famed Southeast Peninsula. The villa is in located in the Sandy Bank Neighborhood Enclave, which is conveniently just a 5-minute walk away from Sandy Bank Beach and the Christophe Harbour Pavilion Beach Club.  
  
Within the Sandy Bank Bay Neighborhood Enclave you will find the exclusive Christophe Harbour Pavilion Beach Club, which guests may request and pay for guest passes, subject to availability. Other nearby beaches to explore are include Cockleshell Beach, Banana Bay, Majors Bay and South Friar's Bay - the home of the famous Shipwreck Bar and Grill.  
  
Frigate Bay and Basseterre are also within easy reach by car and our sister island of Nevis can easily be accessed by sea taxi from Cockleshell Bay.  
  
Each villa which has its own designated parking area for two normal sized vehicles, any additional parking would needed to be the permission of Christopher Harbour, either street parking or on undeveloped land.  
  
We recommend renting a car as you likely find yourself driving to destinations between the peninsula and Frigate Bay. You can easily take a taxi from the airport and to most places, though if you are going to be getting around a lot then you may want to rent a car as the cost of taxis can add up very quickly on island. Several of the popular bars and restaurants are on the Southeast Peninsula where the villa is located. Others are in Frigate Bay which is about a 15 minute drive.

Host Kym was very responsive to a few minor issues at home. House was perfect and beautifully designed.We enjoyed the quiet location and close to the best beaches. Every morning we had breakfast on the patio watching the Monkeys come through the back yard

#### College Graduation Celebration 

This house was just perfect for our family of 5\. We all had plenty of room and the house is well stocked. We loved seeing the monkeys everyday in the backyard. It’s in a great location near the Park Hyatt. We did rent a car which was very helpful to get around the island for restaurants and sight seeing. The beach that is within walking distance had too much seaweed but we found a great beach club on the Caribbean side that was perfect- Carambola beach club. It was wonderful to have the pool to end our day and have a cocktail. Would highly recommend- would be great for a couples trip as well.

#### Lovely Time in St Kitts

The property was perfect. Secluded and spacious with all the amenities you could want. Short walk to a secluded beach and easy ride into town. You feel worlds away at this property.

The property was exactly as advertised. We had a group of 10, everyone had enough room. The outdoor space was where we spent most of our time. The pool was fantastic. I highly recommend, and would stay here again if we ever come back!

This home exceeded every expectation in location, layout, decor, and amenities! The private pool and yard (with playful monkeys providing entertainment!) and the roof top deck were absolutely our favorite gather places every day. We cannot wait to return!

We had a wonderful week. House was well equipped, beautiful and slept 10 of us very comfortably. St. Kitts is a beautiful island and we did and saw so much. It’s very easy to get around and the people we are amazing. The only downside is that the walkable beach to the house is not regularly maintained and had a lot of seaweed. We still enjoyed it and drove a few minutes to the Caribbean beaches.

#### Quiet Relaxing beautiful home! Well appointed!

Our family spent a week at Villa Bougainvillea! The house was great! right size for everyone to have their own room (and bathroom). Kitchen was well appointed and had all the needed utensils. Highlight of stay was having coffee on the roof deck watching the sun rise over the end of the island, and taking a dip in the pool after a day of laying on the beach. It was convenient to drive to Cockleshell beach and the Hyatt for a quick trip and very easy to get to downtown for groceries and dinner out at the beach bars. The Pavillion was a special experience as we basically had the restaurant to our selves, and they were very accommodating with a late reservation. Gong beach was our own paradise. House was outside of the touristy area which was what we were looking for! It was very comfortable!! Enjoyed it immensely.
