"I didn't think the bar drinks warranted the high price they asked. Too expensive! At check out I was fine to pay our consumables charged to our room. However, there were unexplained taxes, sewage use from the city, and many other items that could not be explained to me. I want to have all of that expense up front and paid when I book the room. Very disappointing."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and we hope to come back again. staff member Yair, who was responsible from us since the beginning of our arrival, provided us exceptional service. Yair is very polite, positive, helpful. He has good communication skills. Most important he always smiles and this reflects on the guests."

"The property was beautiful. Wish the beach was more accessible, but wasn't a big deal. Pool was fabulous and our waiter Juan was amazing. He took great care of us during our entire trip. He made sure we had chairs each day, water, food and drinks. Only negative thing I could say is the pool chairs are uncomfortable, but I would absolutely go back again. "

"Overall I’d give it 4 stars. The staff was amazing. Bell boys and the little shopping center inside the resort were awesome. Some of the downs were some of the cleaning ladies were really rude when I tried to be friendly and say good morning. We had a junior suite and the water pressure was not that great. It would turn hot and cold when it wanted to. Found a few live bugs. Spider, gnats and looked like a small beetle looking insect. Overall okay resort. "

"Loved that hotel is on the beach and not a huge resort. Could walk to a few restaurants and a market. Garden courtyard is lovely. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet but ate all other meals off property. Stayed 2 nights before going to Cabo San Lucas."

"We stayed at Dreams Los Cabos for my best friends wedding. From our arrival we were treated like stars. VIP check in took us straight to the concierge and we had a drink in our hand with in minutes. We were given a late check out with our VIP package. Everyone was extremely helpful. At one point a staff member even came to my room to give me a lesson in how to use the steamer in our room. It was extremely helpful as I recorded it and sent it to the wedding party so we could steam our dresses and...

"All was great. Until it got to me booking my taxi to the airport. The charger $125 for the ride which was kind of steep. They asked if I wanted to charge cash or credit card. I said credit card. They agreed and further confirmed the driver will take credit card. When we got to the airport he said there was never a credit card machine and it’s only cash. Knowing this facility is extremely organized I highly doubt this was a miscommunication for the driver to say there was never a credit card...

"The cleaning lady (Margarita) did amazing!! She went as far as washing and drying our dishes after we cooked breakfast in the suite. She noticed we needed more paper towels and restocked for us. Not to mention she placed our leftovers in our refrigerator. Everyday we came back it felt like it was our first time in the hotel room due to the cleanliness. We couldn’t have been more thankful for her service!! "

"10/10 in every way. If you need something, look over your shoulder and you will likely find it. If not, you will find a friendly staff member who will happily to help. The eclectic art is fantastic, and there are so many thoughtful and luxurious touches throughout the property. The whole place is a next level vibe. Loved it! "

"I celebrated my 40th birthday at Casa Dorado so I wanted a resort that wasn't filled with crazy college kids. It was chill and very laid back. The staff was amazing and our room was clean. The only thing I didn't care for was the people trying to convince us to attend a timeshare presentation in the lobby. "
