The property is situated in a holiday home estate on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property into the valley and its quiet, sunny location. Available for shared use: terrace and courtyard. **Location** Baška. The holiday apartement is located on a open garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 30 m). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property. **Special** Air conditioning. There is no heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi).
