The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and courtyard. **Location** Baška, district Zarok. The holiday apartment is located on a 45 sqm enclosed garden plot with a lawn and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a mountain road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. **Special** Air conditioning. Cot and internet access (Wi-Fi).
