The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2003 and is modern and practically furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and courtyard.  
  
**Location**  
Baška, district Zarok. The holiday apartment is located on a 45 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a mountain road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi) and safe. Television reception via satellite.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the 1st floor, is covered and level, and leads directly into the hallway with doors to all rooms. Corridor - Wardrobe with spare bed linen for an extra bed. **Living/bedroom** (15 sqm, connecting room) with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, TV and access to the balcony (5 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, parasol). **Bedroom** (10 sqm) with 1 double bed. **Kitchenette** **in the living kitchen** (3 sqm) with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (2 plates), extractor hood, refrigerator (85 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the balcony. **Bathroom** (4 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and window.
