The hotel is beautiful in a beautiful setting in the White mountains. Albert checked us in and he was so helpful and friendly. Room is very nice.

Staff was wonderful, very polite, helpful and very accommodating. The hotel is older and could benefit from some renovations, but overall, it is a good hotel. It is clean and fairly comfortable.

Upon checking in the room wasn’t ready for 3pm check in, which we managed. The room we had was clearly a ‘lock out’ or extension room to a hopefully more well laid out main room. We slept in a murphy bed, which was a 5 out of 10. Not only did it lesson the likelihood of relations with my spouse, but it made for a long evening for sleep. All in all, we made due. Lots of other better places to lay your head locally.

Ski on/off option was great. It was nearing the end of the season so not much going on. Would stay there again. The food at the grill (run by April and Mike) was very good! Enjoyed all the meals that we ate there.

Everyone was very nice. The room was clean and quiet and had a little kitchen. We loved the outdoor heated pool, pickleball, cornhole, and bar/dining room with music We didn’t ski but you can ski right from the hotel to the lift

Good but noisy
Lovely as long as you don’t have obnoxious neighbors. The walls are very thin and a group partying kept me up. Front desk did ask them to quiet down and the second night was better, but could still hear them when they would come in at 0130.
