Welcome to the "Barther Hafensonne", a stylish 79 m² holiday apartment for up to 4 people. Situated in a historic warehouse building, this accommodation combines modern comfort with maritime charm.  
  
The apartment has two cosy bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. The living room invites you to relax with a comfortable seating area, TV and WiFi - ideal after a day on the water or in the city. On warm days, the air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures.  
  
Two balconies offer you the opportunity to enjoy the sun at any time and feel the fresh harbour air - whether at breakfast in the morning or with a glass of wine in the evening sun. Here you can start the day with sunshine and end it just as sunny.  
  
For added convenience, there is a parking space in the parking garage and a bicycle room in the building.  
  
Thanks to the central location at the port of Barth, restaurants, stores and excursion destinations are within easy reach. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea!  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The Speicherresidenz Barth is located in a picturesque small town on the southern Bodden coast, not far from the Baltic Sea. The charming harbor, surrounded by historic warehouse buildings, gives the town a special maritime flair. Shopping facilities and numerous restaurants are within easy walking distance, so you can enjoy regional specialties.  
  
Thanks to its direct location on the cycle path, the surrounding area is ideal for cycling tours and exploring nature. There are also sports facilities as well as swimming and wellness facilities nearby, providing relaxation and variety. The accommodation is easily accessible thanks to the good train connections - perfect for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea coast!
