Clean rooms and friendly staff! If you’re in San Juan, stay here. Close to Walmart and a fun coffee/ice cream shop across the street. The restaurant next door served great food at excellent prices and it was authentic PR food! Great location to beat the busy crowds at hotels downtown.

Very bad communication, was trying to reach out a week before about late check in. Nobody answers calls, emails or anything. When i arrived i had no water till 9 am the next day. They didnt even communicate a sorry or anything. Rooms are not even properly cleaned. Stay away from this place
