« The only good thing about this place is the staff: very nice and friendly. But the room needed a lot of love, specially the shower: we had to wear sandals when showering because we did not trust the shower floor. Very sorry, but I will not recommend this place to anyone. »

Par contre le management très mauvais (le service aussi, mais les personnes du service appliquent les consignes de la direction). 1/ Obligation de porter un bracelet en plastique ridicule alors que de toute façon tout est payant … pourquoi pas pour un hôtel bas de gamme tout inclus mais mais pas dans un hôtel de standing. 2/ petit déjeuné inclus mais avec tout un tas de supplément (ça veut dire petit déjeuné payant mais on met gratuit pour faire une...

« Belle batisse bien placée a Constanza. Les jardins de l’hotel sont agréables, vous avez du cafe a dispo tout le temps. Par contre chambre a refaire totalement, c’est delabré, aucun confort. Le menage n’a pas été fait dans notre chambre pendant le sejour. Et il n’y aucun article de toilette alors que le prix de la chambre n’est pas donné !! Aucune informations concernant les activités alentours ou excursions possibles. Langue parlée uniquement espagnol. (Contrairement a ce qui est dit sur le...

Cathy, l’hôte en plus d’être très sympathique, connaît Jarabacoa comme sa poche et saura parfaitement vous guider sur les endroits et restaurants à découvrir. " Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Notre chambre à l'étage était spacieuse, propre et confortable. La salle de bain un peu petite disposait d'eau chaude. Le personnel nous a servi un petit déjeuner alors que nous supposions qu'il n'était pas inclu. Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour les voyageurs de passage à Constanza"

"The only good thing about this place is the staff: very nice and friendly. But the room needed a lot of love, specially the shower: we had to wear sandals when showering because we did not trust the shower floor. Very sorry, but I will not recommend this place to anyone."

Cathy, l’hôte en plus d’être très sympathique, connaît Jarabacoa comme sa poche et saura parfaitement vous guider sur les endroits et restaurants à découvrir. J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel en sa compagnie et je recommande fortement."
