(2,626 reviews) Absolutely outstanding. I travel constantly and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I booked a lebua Suite River View but I was eligible for an upgrade as I have EXPEDIA VIP ACCESS (Platinum). I got a lovely room in the Tower Club at lebua on the 53rd floor. From the moment I walked in, every member of staff was super friendly, welcoming and polite. They made every guest feel valued. Excellent customer service. My room was huge and spacious with a view to die for of the majestic Chao Phraya River and Bangkok skyline. It was lovely waking up in the morning and going out on my personal balcony to enjoy the view and refreshing breeze. You will be required to sign a disclaimer upon arrival to have access to the balcony. A member of staff will then unlock the doors for you. I would be mindful if you have small children or a baby as there is a sizeable gap between the pillars. I had a spacious bathroom with separate bath and walk-in shower, work desk and separate living room. Very clean. Complimentary water was provided daily. Housekeeping was done well. The staff were so kind and left chocolates, fruit and beer for me to enjoy. The hotel has a number of award-winning bars and restaurants on the premises, that I would highly recommend trying when staying at the hotel. You are a 10-minute walk from Saphan Taksin BTS (Silom Line) and Sathorn Pier which serves as a gateway for river transportation.
