With a West-facing aspect it affords stunning views of the beach, dunes, and Cardigan Bay. The apartment has recently been renovated & decorated with new furniture, fittings, and quality bedding. From the open plan living, kitchen, and dining room you can watch the waves roll in, with the beach located right opposite. There is gas central heating, double glazing, and of course, the apartment has free WiFi throughout. The apartment is also pet & smoke-FREE, so great for guests with allergies. There is no designated parking, but there are free parking spaces outside and a car park opposite, as well the main town car park 500m away. Even in high season, there is usually no problem parking close by. ACCOMMODATION Entering from the front of the building through the communal entrance hall, the apartment is on the third floor. Dining & Living Area The main open-plan living area enjoys fabulous views, framed by the big bay window. With carpeted flooring & feature fireplace. The dining area has: A lovely glass-top dining table with 6 tulip-shaped chairs. The sitting area has: A fab swivel chair, matching big cosy 3 seater sofa, and a footstool 2 glass top coffee table A 32" Hinsede SMART TV Kitchen: The separate kitchen area is defined by an archway and features tiled laminate flooring. A recently fitted kitchen has hi-gloss units with a slate-look worktop Integrated single oven and grill with extractor hood overhead Microwave and fridge (no freezer or freezer box) Composite sink/drainer and mixer tap The kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect in a well-presented holiday home. Hallway A corridor hallway leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. Family bathroom: With laminate tiled floor Bath with shower overhead and hand-held mixer Pedestal wash hand basin WC Both the bedrooms are carpeted and have hairdryers in the rooms. They also have Dunelm quality linen, mattress & pillow protectors. An iron & ironing board is provided.
