From the open plan living/dining room you can watch the tides roll in and with the beach located opposite you could be soaking up the sun all day on the golden sands or in the dunes, then enjoying the spectacular sunset over Cardigan Bay. The apartment is also pet & smoke FREE, so great for guests with allergies. Miles of sweeping sandy beaches and stunning walks are just a stone's throw away. As well as a central location with views, this lovely holiday home is only a minute's walk to Barmouth town centre, with its shops, good pubs and eateries plus the railway station. There is no designated parking but guests have use of a parking permit and the main town car park is just 200m away. Even in high season there is usually no problem parking close by. ACCOMMODATION All floors are laminated in wood effect Entrance Entering from the front over the Rock Shop, the apartments in the building have their own entrance and apartment Number ONE is on the first floor. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Living Room The open-plan living/dining room enjoys sea and beach views, framed by the big picture window.
