The spacious garage, converted into a fun game room with a projector and 12 ft screen, foosball table, and ping-pong, provides an extra space to get the fun going. This property is near Highway 2 and train tracks and although it is a newer manufactured home with amazing upgrades, you may hear trains or traffic at random times. Outdoor shower and cold-plunge tub can only be used Mar-Nov and are not available during winter.
