House rules: • No-Smoking Policy: This cabin strictly prohibits smoking and drugs, including cigarettes and any vapor-producing products. Any evidence or lingering smell of smoke or drugs will result in a $500 penalty fee. • Pet policy: If you plan to bring a pet, please ensure that you add the pet to your reservation, as a $100 fee will be included. We are pet-friendly for dogs only, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed under 50 lbs each. • Check-In and Check-Out: Unapproved late check-outs may incur fees equivalent to a half day's rate and tax. Extended late check-outs beyond 1 hour may result in a charge equivalent to a full day's rate and tax. • Security: Tampering with security cameras or the WiFi system during the stay is strictly prohibited. • Damage and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Thanks for being respectful and keeping it quiet after 10 pm. • The cabin is situated in a wooded area, exposing guests to weather, wildlife, including pests, and occasional utility outages. Despite regular pest control and diligent cleaning, uninvited pests might be present. • Firewood and fire starters are not supplied; please purchase them on your way to the cabin. • Kids should be supervised at all times. Everyone staying at the cabin must be 21 or older unless accompanied by a parent. • May need AWD or tire chains appropriately in late fall and winter. • Events are not allowed. Away from the city but still close enough that we were able to take multiple day trips. Finding it was easy. We arrived to a clean and tidy cabin, our only complaint here is that there were A LOTA of fruit flies during our stay, so much that we actually stopped and got a couple traps. We spent most of our mornings down by the river, enjoying to peace and quiet. We throughly enjoyed every minute of our stay at the cabin, the games were a nice touch, and we even discovered a few things off of the guides that were left out (Leavenworth is worth to drive!) The stargazing at night was everything I had hoped it would be, absolutely beautiful and like nothing I have ever seen before. Overall a great experience. The amenities were really lovely and the cabin was well appointed, we had everything we need. I deducted a star because there was a smell of grease or cooked meat in the cabin that we found unpleasant while we were there, and that remained on our clothes and belongings after we left. My husband and i said this was by the far the best VRBO house we ever stayed in. The house has so many cute features. A river you can actually swim in. Walking out is a bit rocky but there is a big hole you can swim and float down the river. The views are stunning. The bed was so super comfortable! A nice spot for coffee about 6 minutes up the road. Some good restaurants near by too. The house has everything you need. Also had condiments which i hate buying to not use it all. No washer and dryer and no AC. My husband and I stayed for a quiet weekend getaway, and the property was absolutely perfect! The cabin was clean with updated furnishings and a working kitchen. The hot tub was clean, the path to the river was so cute with lights lining the way, and the space near the river was something from a dream. While the cabin is a part of a community, it felt very secluded in the trees and we hardly heard anyone else. Cabin was equipped with essential items. Hot tub added an excellent touch for a dip on a chilly evening. The walk to the firepit down by the river was very well lit. The backyard with the twinkle lights and access to the river was stunning. Beautifully decorated and cozy interior, and the beds were actually really comfortable. So peaceful falling asleep to the sound of the rain and river. Will absolutely come back and stay here in the future! ##### Lauren C. The owners have clearly considered their guests' comfort and enjoyment. The outside path to the fire pit has lights that automatically illuminate in the evening and then turn off later. The decor is natural and comfortable, blending into the woodland environment. The hot tub is awesome! My teen son and I had a lovely time and will certainly be back for future snowboarding stays. ##### Rob J. Three of us stayed here for a birthday getaway and it was absolutely magical. It is perfect distance from Seattle and tucked ever so well along the river in the mountains. Amazing amenities, the hot tub was the star, as was the river bank firepit. If I could, I would live here. We left with the lightest rain hitting the roof which made it so cozy and peaceful.
