Sandy beach on river was very cool, our 4 year old loved it. Nice evening light. The neighboring cabin is fairly close but didn't bother us. The other side of the house is up against a little park, accessible from the street, which was fun. the upstairs bedroom with 2 beds doesn't have a door to close, which made bedtime routine with our little one a bit challenging.
