Large garden to enjoy extraordinary moments outdoors sitting comfortably on one of the sofas and sipping a glass of wine. A patio for outdoor dining, while on the ground floor, a large living room with TV, sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with single beds and another bathroom. Located between Palese and Santo Spirito, in a quiet area full of greenery, a few steps from the sea and someone more from the town. The plus of this structure is certainly the exterior, with the garden lord it. For your relaxation you will find various corners equipped with sofas or tables and chairs, a swing and the patio where you can have lunch or dinner, taking advantage of the sea breeze, but with the right privacy. The parking space is available at the entrance of the villa in an area reserved for it. The villa is located 100 meters from the sea. One of the best fish shops in Palese is very close, with delicious fresh fish every morning. Near the fish market a fruit vendor where you can buy good fresh fruit. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bakeries and other shops all nearby. We move quietly on foot, the bus stop is 5 minutes walk, the train station 30 minutes walk.
