You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Convenient Apt 10 Min from Station & Theater

The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Bari Centrale station and 10 minutes from the Aldo Moro University and the Petruzzelli Theater.  
An excellent location for visiting Bari if you are two!   
  
There is no need for vehicles to visit the city, everything is within reach.  
On the same street is the Conad supermarket; in addition, in about twenty minutes on foot you reach the beach or downtown  
  
In front of the apartment there are several free parking in a herringbone pattern.  
  
The apartment is on the first floor of a building without a lift, to get there you have to go up two flights of five steps each.  
Parking is not included, but below the house there are free parking lots or on the other side of the street in Largo Ciaia there is a paid municipal parking lot.  
  
The 40 square meter apartment remains quiet as it overlooks the inner courtyard, while in the bedroom there is a balcony overlooking the main street.  
Essential and modern, it is divided into:  
  
\* LIVING AREA. Kitchen with Lavazza Jolie Red coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave and kitchen utensils.  
  
\* BEDROOM. Double bed, wardrobe and wall mirror.  
  
\* BATHROOM. Shower, bidet, toilet and hairdryer.  
  
\* EXTRA SERVICES. Air conditioning (present in the kitchen and in the bedroom), unlimited free wifi, iron and clothesline.  
  
All identity documents of the residents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law. Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be arranged directly with the hotel and require a supplement as follows: - 21.30 - 23\. 00: € 25.00; - 23\. 00 - 24\. 00: € 30.00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.  
  
The area is well served, the pharmacy is located in the opposite building as well as the bus stop and the Conad supermarket on the same street.  
The train station is a 5 minute walk from where you can get around most of the city bus lines.  
The airport is 30 minutes away by car.
