### Casa Merlino - Triple Room with Balcony

The Double Room in Santo Spirito is the ideal accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The private room, measuring 18 m², is equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom, and is perfect for up to 3 people.  
  
The apartment is shared with other guests, but your bedroom is private and ensures comfort and privacy. Guests of the two rooms have access to a shared kitchen, fully equipped and available for preparing meals independently.  
  
Included amenities: Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a private balcony where you can relax in the evening. Gluten-free breakfast is available on request.  
  
Just 600 meters from Lido La Rotonda, Casa Merlino offers cozy accommodation with a balcony. WiFi is available free of charge throughout the property. A private parking space is also available, but its availability must be confirmed in advance by contacting the host.  
  
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with shower, towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer, ensuring comfort and privacy.
