Lækker lejlighed men meget lydt

Lejligheden og pool samt beliggenhed var super men sovesofa var elendigt. Lejlighed 1 som var vores ligger under den store tagterrasse så man kunne høre alt dom foregik ovenpå. Stole der blev flyttet rundt på og bestil der blev tabt på gulvet. Problemet var at når vi gik i seng ved 22,30-23 tiden festede overbo vidre til over midnat ude på terrassen.

Gerne immer wieder!

Schöne neue Wohnung mit zwei großen Schlafzimmern, einer Küche mit Schlafsofa, Bad mit Dusche und eine zusätzlichen Toilette in einem kleinen Raum mit Waschmaschine. Das war sehr praktisch. Parken konnte man kostenlos in der Tiefgarage.

Super Unterkunft Leider lag unsere Wohnung genau über dem Kellerraum mit den drei Poolpumpen. An Schlaf und Erholung war leider nicht zu denken.

Nice modern villa, only a couple of minutes walk to the lake at Cisano. Clean and well maintained, fully equipped kitchen and lots of towels provided. Nice secure underground parking which we used for our hire car, and a lovely clean pool. You must empty the bins which is a little trip up the hill, we just took ours at the end in our car but just bear that in mind. Would recommend hiring bikes, really nice and easy to get along the lake front and see the different towns and beaches. Avoid the ferries as they are slow and not too regular. Highly recommend Lunico restaurant in Cisano very close by, and Don Pedro in Bardolino. We spent most time around Bardolino which is roughly 20 minutes walk from the villa. You must also try the gelato ice cream from Cristallo, amazing!

Es ist eine schöne sauber Unterkunft. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Anlage allgemein ist sehr ruhig. Nur das Thema Müll ist ein kleines Problem, da man immer so weit zu den großen Tonnen laufen muss.

Toller Aufenthalt !!!

Wir (4 Personen) waren 5 Nächte im Appartement. Die Schlüssel konnten wir in einem Büro in Bardolino abholen. Hier sind die entsprechenden Öffnungszeiten zu beachten. In der großen Unterkunft hat es an nichts gefehlt. Duschhandtücher, Poolhandtücher, Waschmaschine, zwei Bäder, Klimaanlage, ausreichend Geschirr, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und WC-Papier. Außerdem ein großer Esstisch, Sofa, TV, Safe sowie Liegen und Tische auf dem Balkon. Unser Auto konnten wir in der Tiefgarage abstellen. Der Pool war zu jeder Zeit sauber und Liegen am Pool verfügbar. Es gibt einen Brötchenservice der jeden Morgen frische Brötchen bringt, wenn man möchte (gegen eine kleine Gebühr von 1€ pro Lieferung).

Moderne Ferienwohnung nahe am See

Insgesamt finden wir die Ferienwohnung sehr schön! Wir vermieten selbst eine Ferienwohnung und finden man kann ein paar Kleinigkeiten verbessern. Etwa gibt es nur eine grosse Pfanne zum Kochen was für richtiges Mittagessenkochen nicht ausreicht. Es fehlt ausserdem eine Wolldecke für das Sofabett. Das Licht über die Kochherdplatte ging nicht. Die Heizung ging nicht einzuschalten. Uns fehlte die Persönliche Übergabe der Wohnung. Man muss die Wohnung bei Abreise selbst putzen (es gibt dazu keinen Staubsauger), dies wird nie so erledigt wie von Hauseigentümer / Putzfrau. Es gibt keine Prospekte in der Wohnung. Toll ist die Tiefgarage für das Auto. Wie eingangs erwähnt würden wir trotzdem die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen und auch wieder kommen.
