From the living room there is access to the terrace with awning and a large dining table for pleasant outdoor dinners. KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM The kitchen is well equipped, with fridge - freezer - gas stove - dishwasher and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious lunches and dinners for family and friends. You can enjoy your meals at the modern 8-person dining table in the open kitchen or on the terrace overlooking the garden. From the kitchen there is direct access to the pool area through a sliding glass door. There is also a full bathroom with a shower right next to the entrance on this floor. The living room is air conditioned. Outside the house, on the pool side, there is a small room where the washing machine and a shower are located. LIVING AREA The living area consists of a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a comfortable sofa for watching international programs via satellite on the flat-screen TV. A sliding door leads to the terrace, equipped with an awning. . BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS Villa Rosa has four bedrooms. There are three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two separate single beds, ideal for hosting up to 8 people. All bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables, wardrobes and air conditioning. There is also a large full bathroom on this floor with a tub with a shower. At the end of the corridor, you reach a corner balcony. OUTDOOR AREAS The property is completely fenced and privacy is protected by a hedge and in the garden you will find the large swimming pool with deckchairs for relaxing. About 400 m away, as already mentioned, reachable on foot, are the beaches of Bardolino, perfect for relaxation and fun. Up to 3 cars can be parked on the property next to the house. Lake Garda, located in northern Italy, is the ideal holiday destination all year round. In the largest lake in Italy you can, among other things, swim, surf and go sailing. Bardolino is known for its restaurants, shops and events, always offering fun and unique experiences. Many holidaymakers also take advantage of the opportunity to explore our beautiful mountains by bike or on foot. Gardaland Resort, the well-known amusement park with numerous attractions, the Sea Life aquarium and Jumanji - the new adventure area which will open in 2022 - is only 20 km away. Spacious rooms with great air conditioning, great kitchen facilities, a lovely garden area and a fantastic pool and dining/sitting area. Lots of information provided on the villa and surrounding area. A great quiet location with a less than ten minute walk to the centre of Bardolino. Good communication from owners who were able to accommodate our request for a later check out time. Das Haus war sehr sauber, alle nötigen Utensilien vorhanden. Auch die Außenanlage und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Auch ein Außengrill ist vorhanden, was super war. Für 8 Personen und 3 Autos ist genügend Platz. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Ins Zentrum von Bardolino ist es nicht weit, dennoch ist das Haus sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für die Anzahl an Personen wäre eine dritte Toilette noch super gewesen. Auflagen für die Poolliegen wären empfehlenswert, da diese sonst sehr ungemütlich sind. Wenn das obere Bad noch renoviert würde und die Ausstattung des Hauses etwas gehobener wäre, wäre der Preis eher gerechtfertigt. Die Anreise, der Check-In und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur perfekt ! Negativ: - keine Garage vorhanden - Heizung defekt - kein WLAN (erst nach 4 Tagen ) - keine Sessel - Sofa, sehr starke Abnutzungsspuren - zu kleine Kaffeemaschine (für 8 Pers.) - Mikrowelle musste auf den Boden gestellt werden( Kabel zu kurz) - Grundausstattung der Küche lückenhaft ( große Schüssel, Brotkorb, Serviertablett etc.fehlen) - Bad oben : keine Dusche,sondern Badewanne ohne Halterung für Duschkopf - keinerlei Haken oder Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher - Matratzen sind hart - Pool wurde erst nach 3Tagen gereinigt - Leitern in den Pool sehr wackelig - keine Auflagen für die Liegen - Marmortisch und Sitzecke auf der Terrasse nicht vorhanden - Eine Markise defekt - Reinigungsservice ???? Grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes Anwesen, nur leider fehlen so einige Dinge um sich von Anfang an sich wohl zu fühlen.
