Barcelonnette, route de Pra Loup, Les Manettes condominium, studio apartment, with an area of approximately 26 m2, located on the 1st floor, south-facing with balcony  
including entrance to the mountain corner with 2 single beds (bunk beds), bathroom, separate toilet, a kitchen area, a living room with 1 double bed (convertible)   
NO SKI BOX  
The Ubaye Valley offers many activities in winter: skiing at the Sauze, Sainte-Anne and Pra Loup resorts, cross-country skiing at St Paul and Larche, dog sledding, countless snowshoe trails, ...  
But also in summer: hiking, rafting, road biking with the highest road in Europe (La Bonnette) and mountain biking, golf, paragliding, swimming, paddle boarding and other water activities on the magnificent Lac de Serre-Ponçon! Not forgetting the cultural and culinary visits and moments of relaxation!  
  
AS A REMINDER BED LINEN, TOILET LINEN AND TEA TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.  
We offer single and double linen kits for rent if needed:  
\- double bed kit = €25 (1 complete set + 2 towels).  
\- single kit = €20 (1 complete set + 1 towel).
