Located right next to Passeig Lluis Companys, a wide pedestrian boulevard that serves as the entrance to Barcelona's biggest and most famous park, the Park de la Ciutadella and the Barcelona Arc de Triomf. Also, you are right next to El Borne, the most fashionable area of Barcelona, with restaurants, tapas bars, shops and more! The apartment is within walking distance to the main old city centre: Las Ramblas, Barcelona Cathedral, Boquería... With a plus! You are walking distance to the Barceloneta beach! This apartment has it all! The apartment is fully equipped and fully furnished to accommodate all of your vacation/business needs. Big windows in the living room bring in plenty of natural light, and as per the height, you are on the 5th floor away from the movement of the street that you can also enjoy from the nice and cosy balcony. IMPORTANT INFORMATION \- Check-in from 15 p.m. \- Check-out before 11 a.m. \- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. \- Parties in the apartment are not allowed. \- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight. \- A 300€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out \- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. Only criticism was that I feared the Nuki app needed to open the doors upon arrival would work on the building door where the signal would be good, but for the apartment door without yet being connected to wifi. We enjoyed the accommodations and all the restaurants and bars near us. The metro stations were near and honestly you could walk just about anywhere with 20 minutes. Only complaint is we were contacted for noise complaints a couple nights when we were just merely talking to one another in ordinary voices. No partying no yelling maybe some laughing. I got a text early on that the unit I reserved was not available due to maintenance and therefore I'd been upgraded. The upgraded apartment was about a block away from Guadi's house: Casa Batllo. So location was amazing, safe, and clean. We were met for an in person check-in and were gifted a welcome package consisting of a bottle of wine, juice, crackers, coffee, cooking essentials (oil, salt, pepper, etc)...it was really nice! The apartment was very clean. I also received a text asking if all was ok during our stay which I appreciated very much. It is a short walk to the gothic quarter, the beach, Sagrada Familia, etc. We stayed here for a week and walked absolutely everywhere. The French door patio is a nice touch and in the afternoon when our baby slept we would sit on the bistro set and have a glass of wine.
