In the charming beachside neighborhood of Poble Nou, the 1-bedroom Poblenou Beach vacation apartment in Barcelona is a dream come true. Our local interior designer has created an atmosphere that is both rustic and retro, with woven tapestries and lots of natural light. A plush bedroom, spacious living room, and state-of-the-art kitchen will help you relax after a day exploring this beachside city.  
  
If I am not around to check you in, then my friends at Guestfy will take care, they belong to one of the bests Airbnb management service teams in Barcelona who are Airbnb hosts themselves. I trust them to give you a warm welcome! They will look after you during your stay. If you have any questions, please get in touch through the Airbnb chat.  
  
Sample the many authentic restaurants and chic shops close by on Rambla del Poblenou (5-minute walk). You can stroll to the famous Bogatell Promenade (12 minutes) to enjoy a scenic view of the lovely Mediterranean, or drive 10 minutes to the Barcelona Aquarium. A short drive or subway ride will bring you to the city center, featuring attractions such as the Gothic-style Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar (10 minutes) and Gaudi’s Casa Batllo (12 minutes). The Llacuna metro station is close (6 min), and streetside parking is plentiful.  
  
The apartment is your own.  
  
Couples and solo travelers will love this artistic apartment -- just like Barcelona, it’s full of fun surprises!  
Premium amenities include free WiFi, high-end toiletries, 5 start hotel beds and linens, and a Nespresso machine.  
  
All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.  
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.  
  
Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.  
  
Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.  
There is a € 5 management fee.  
  
Some constructions works are being carried out near the apartment and in the apartment upstairs, it is possible that there may be noise between 8.00 and 18.00.  
  
Note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.  
  
\- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).  
\- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival  
\- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).  
\- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.  
\- Parties are not allowed.  
\- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment.  
\- The flat´s capacity is of 3 people. No additional guests allowed.  
\- Please take out the trash before check-out.  
\- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.  
\- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!  
\-A tourist tax will need to be paid separately at check-in in cash. This charge is 6.90€ per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay. Regardless of whether any guest stays for fewer nights, the tax is applied to the total number of nights in the reservation.  
\-Starting May 1st, the tourist tax will increase to €9.35 (VAT included), per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.  
\- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.  
\-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
