Adjacent to it, there is a large kitchen with an island and dining area, with direct access to the patio. \- In the living room, you'll find a TV area and, if you need to work, a small area with a desk where you can bring your computer, ideal for business trips. \- On the upper floor are the bedrooms, all spacious and bright, one of them with a large window overlooking the sea, ideal for relaxing. \- The house has a playroom, perfect for children, from which you can admire the majestic wooden beams that make up the house. \- The house is fully available and has everything you need for short or long-term stays. \- Modern and fully equipped, it has everything you need to make your stay a wonderful one. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD \- This is a typical coastal town neighborhood, quiet, charming, and with emblematic buildings. \- Just a five-minute walk from the house is the seafront promenade, with its clear waters, traditional fishing boats, and beach bars where you can enjoy day and night. \- During the summer, all the towns in the area celebrate their traditional festivals, so there are many activities to participate in, a lively atmosphere, fireworks, good food, and more. \- Every Thursday of the week, there is a market selling clothing and fresh local produce in the same town. \- On Sunday mornings, another market with seasonal organic produce, called the Flower Market, takes place just a 15-minute walk from the house. \- Near the town is a large water park called "Isla Fantasía." \- On the "maresmeturisme" website, you will find more interesting information about the area. GETTING AROUND \- The Vilassar de Mar station is just a few minutes from the house. There are trains every 7-15 minutes to Barcelona (journey time about 35 minutes) or to the Costa Brava. To get to the village from Barcelona: Barcelona-Plaça de Catalunya or Barcelona-Sants train line R1 towards Maçanet-Massanes or Mataró to the "Vilassar de Mar" stop, about 35 minutes. \- By bus: every 30 minutes to Barcelona, ​​journey time about 40 minutes. \- The village can also be reached via the highway or the N-II highway that runs along the entire coast.
