Getting Around: It is very easy to get around in the metropolitan Barcelona as the city offers on of the best public transport systems. Your apartment is located close to the metrostops: Verdaguer (L4&L5) and Girona (L4). When traveling to Barcelona by plane you can either book a taxi or make use of public transport. You can take the train R2N until Passeig de Gracia and then you are at 8 min by walk from the apartment. Other Things to Note: \*\*\* TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS \*\*\* \- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small fee of 6.25€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. The excellent location allowed us to take the metro or walk to our destination easily. The apartment layout was perfect for a group of 10 women, and we never had issues with space. Aug 28, 2025 Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy Logement correct et conforme SAUF qu'il est équipé d'un système de détection du bruit non déclaré alors que nous aurions dû être informés au préalable.Surtout, ce système est intrusif, l'un des détecteurs dans une chambre ce qui est juste illégal.Et cerise sur le gâteau, il ne fonctionne pas puisqu'il se déclenche de manière intempestive sans qu'il y ait nécessairement du bruit. Cela déclenche des appels, des whatsapp d'un "pseudo service de sécurité" pour nous alerter et dire que des gens se sont plaints du bruit. C'est faux, il n'y a eu aucune plainte de voisins avec qui nous avons pris soin de vérifier.C'est arrivé 3/4 fois et cela a gâché notre séjour.
