Only 30 minute by car and 1 hour by train to Barcelona. Most of the staff we interacted with spoke both spanish and english which was helpful. Room service available everyday and the a/c is such a nice addition during the summer months !! Pool is super nice too. For a diabetic like me there were mot many options. After my initial feed back regarding the services, it seemed things did improve. The front desk staff were friendly and smiled. For customers it is very important that staff are friendly and polite. Overall I would rate the property and services very highly! If I came to this area again I would definitely stay here! The only draw back was walking the stairs to your bedroom which I found very incovenient. There are residents with dogs and motorcyles that were coming and going at all sorts of hour. But what it lacks in noise, it compensated by it's staff, especially Ana and Manuel! They went above and beyond each time I asked for help. Also it is a couple of train rides from all the major sites in Barcelona in case you are not renting a car. There are not a lot of restaurants to choose from either. A stair case leading to the master bedroom on the 2nd floor procides privacy. Room was very clean. All appliances worked as expected. The staff at frontdesk were exceptional, polite, helpful. One promised she would provide details of public transit info when we came down. We met another staff as she was done her shift. She wrote down all the info and handed over to the next shift. The next staff tries her very best to?explain to us in English. This made our day! We like the location of this hotel. It is located at suburb residential area. Safe.
