Ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a modern and elegant style in the attractive L'Eixample district, 50 metres from Diagonal Avenue. The establishment is located in a lively area, with numerous bars and restaurants.   
  
The apartments have a patio, air conditioning, safe, and free Wi-Fi connection.   
  
The living room has comfortable sofas and television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.
