L'accueil est toujours aussi agréable. Avant notre arrivée, nous avons contacté plusieurs fois le propriétaire qui nous a rapidement répondu. L'aménagement de l'appartement est vraiment de qualité. Il convient très bien pour une famille avec 2 enfants ou pour 2 couples puisqu'il y a une salle d'eau et une salle de bain. Le quartier est très vivant avec pleins de petits commerces, un peu bruyant mais c'est le centre ville. On est proche des principaux points d'interêts : les Ramblas, la Plaza Catalunya, le barrio Gottico, Montjuic, le port. Il est très facile de rejoindre ces lieux à pied. Pour les visites plus éloignées, le métro est à 5mn ainsi que le bus qui vous emmènera à Barceloneta. Je conseille vraiment cet appartement. Nous y reviendrons. ##### Christine A. Given the temperature, having air conditioning was wonderful. Perfect for two couples or a family with two children, Great location in terms of many restaurants and small stores nearby. There was a misunderstanding at the check in process but they were very accommodating for my friends and I. The apartment is in a great location with tons of tapas options in the immediate area. A few things of note, the area is loud throughout the night so if you want a quiet location. This isn't for you. The apartment is small but plenty if it's for 6 people or less. A bottle of wine, baked goods, mid day meals and other essentials were cheaper than in areas near tourist centers. Lots of small bars that don"t open until later and many tapas joints around the corner seem to serve locals. We had our best meal at the tapas street, but I can't tell you the name of the restaurant It was a fixed three course meal for 12.9 E. All this being said, it is loud with people in the streets until the early morning. Bring ear plugs, lower the metal shades, and you will be OK. The apart is fine for what you need it for and accurately described.
