When we arrived, the walls were stained and the bed sheets were dirty. The master bathroom couldn’t be used because it didn’t have a splash guard, which caused water to flood the floor, so our entire group had to share one bathroom. There was also a leak under the kitchen sink, several light fixtures that didn’t work, and the JustIN app for the street entrance only functioned intermittently. We paid and been told to go picking up the car park key from checkin office, 15 mins driving from the apartment but told me no parking space for us. We have to manage where to park our car at the last minute. After shower the floor was flooded, no way to control. On line check in was so complicated. Condition of the apartment is not very good, a lot need to be fixed. The safe was left in the locked position and maintenance never came to fix it. The washing machine locked up with our clothes inside, for which they did eventually come and fix. The microwave was iffy, one had to fiddle with the buttons to get it to run. The wood panel on the fridge is loose, which makes opening it difficult. The strict "no partying" policy is ignored -- people were partying late at night on several nights of our stay.
