Those wonderful apartments are located next to the metro station Lesseps, near the Park Güell and with excellent connections to the main attractions in the city. Our monthly apartment rentals in Barcelona are located in the best areas of the city, very close to the best clinics and universities, among them: Clinics and hospitals: Clínica Barraquer, Clínica Planas, Centro Médico Teknon, Clínica Dexeus, Hospital Quirón, Clínica Sagrada Familia, Hospital Vall d'Hebrón, Clínica IMO and Hospital San Pablo. Note: the pictures are a selection of different units. The apartments might slightly differ in the design and decoration but the characteristics are the same. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days. \- Travel cot/Travel cot: Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. \-Arrival after hours: \- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in \- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied. \- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.
