Located 10 minutes walking from Passeig de Gracia and the Sagrada Familia and only 20 minutes from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. Close to terrific restaurants - Don Kilo right across the apartment is truly impressive. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The apartment is cozy, quiet, safe, clean, roomy, and comfortable. The elegant decor represents a stylish modernism Eixample unit, which is unique. With a washer in unit, a Nespresso coffee maker, an equipped kitchen, 2 full baths, steady wifi and hot water, this unit is perfect for families.
