The "almost" is due to the inability to take long showers, notwithstanding the wonderful shower heads, because of the architectural difficulty. But once one gets used to this, it is perfect. The "bedroom" is separated from the "living room" by a huge movable wooden plank that can be slid inwards to "create" a room, or outwards to open up (and allow watching TV). interesting solution. The photos on line were the same as the flat, everything was quite new and clean. However. the bathroom is not big, but usable. We stayed two and a half months very comfortable.
