The property is right up the street from major transportation like the metro and the bus. We were also able to walk up the street to ride the cable cars. The surroundings not that much (graffiti on the walls, some littering, etc) Although we were told by locals to be aware of petty crime, we felt very safe. It’s a 12 minutes walk to the metro station, which for us was fine. There are plenty of local restaurants, mini markets, and tapa bars to choose from. My biggest regret is that there is no A/C in the rooms, only the living room. When I questioned it, I was offered two fans that were brought the following day. Everything else including bed comfort, internet access, hot water, etc., was fine. Muy buen tamaño, 3 habitaciones, 1 sala grande, cocina y una terraza inmensa. Unicado en zona residencial de clase media pero nunca sentimos inseguirdad. Restaurantes y supermercados cercanos. Die Lage des Apartments ist für Barcelona-Verhältnisse relativ ruhig gelegen in einer Sackgasse. In dem Viertel gibt es in Fußnähe eine Vielzahl von Bars und Gaststätten die von überwiegend jungen Einheimischen besucht werden. Die La Rambla sowie der Hafen sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
