The apartment is equipped witheverything you need. The space can accommodate up to 4 people, it features a cozy double bed (140x200cm), one sofa bed for 2 (135x190cm), a dining table suitable for 4 people, a fully equipped kitchen and one complete bathroom. We provide free Wi-fi, TV, AC/heating, sheet sets, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, etc. The apartment is on the ground floor, no elevator needed. Ideal for couples, families or friends! You will have all that you need to enjoy a perfect stay!. The apartment is located in Badalona city center, where you can breathe and feel the local life with its commercial streets, fresh market and restaurants. Badalona railway station is only 5 minutes walking distance and the closest metro station is just 8 minutes walking. Metro takes you directly to Sagrada Familia (15') and Barcelona city center (18'). Barcelona airport is just one hour by tube or train. Coronavirus (COVID-19) UPDATE: Why to stay at Hotelito Boutique is safe and adapted to “New normality”? We arrived early, we called Diana, she is also great, she arranged to lock up our luggage before the apartment was ready. Later we called her for clean towels and wanted beach towels, within 20 minutes we got it..We stayed in #1, ground level, it was clean,1 bedroom and a sofa bed, little bit tight for 4 adults, but we were okay, we were not inside much. The only thing, the online listing shows a terrace and a hot tub, but the terrace is not nice, no view, and the hot tub is closed. People wouldn't use these in the summer heat, just take off the pictures.. Overall I recommend this property. ##### ILDIKO B. We used it as a home base to explore Barcelona, but also use the less-crowded/touristy beach. The property is small, but nicely equipped. We were able to sleep 4 of us comfortably, but it was hard to get the main bedroom cool enough to sleep comfortable. Also, the footprint is small, so we had to be creative with where to put our suitcases. I would have loved some books to hang our towels! We are glad we chose to stay in Badalona at the Hotelito Boutique! ##### Nikki L.
