The apartment is located just a few steps away from some of the main city attractions such as La Pedrera and La Casa Batlló (from Gaudí), around 10 minutes walking to Plaza Cataluña and Las Ramblas and close to different public transport stops, to move easily around the city. IMPORTANT INFORMATION \- Check-in from 15 p.m. \- Check-out before 11 a.m. \- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. \- Parties in the apartment are not allowed. \- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight. \- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out \- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment. \- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€. The location was fantastic, and we were able to walk to many shops and restaurants in this high-end neighborhood. The apartment is so spacious and was perfect for each of our party to have their own sleeping quarters and bathroom. The property managers were great to work with and readily available to communicate with. The only two negatives were a snafu on arrival. There is a known issue with the apartment address in Maps apps, yet they let us use this method which took us to the wrong location and had us walking around with all our luggage for over an hour. Second, the clothes dryer was not working, but they did send out a technician very quickly, just didn't fix the issue before we checked out. ##### Yemisi J.
