L'état actuel n'est pas du tout celui présenté sur les photos. Séjour en automne sur une période tempérée. Appartement sombre, toutes les fenêtres ouvrant sur une cour intérieure couverte ou non, situé dans un ensemble de logement de standing intermédiaire. Échanges sympathique avec le voisinage. Si l'électroménager montre un bon niveau d'équipement, il manque beaucoup de vaisselle pour 6 personnes, du matériel pour cuisiner, des plats pour aller au four, une essoreuse à salade, bref un minimum pour cuisiner (même sel et poivre!). A notre arrivée, malgré des échanges par messagerie depuis l'aéroport l'appartement n'était pas prêt. Notre hôte a été très réactif et 2 h plus tard c'était réglé ... mais il était 17 h ... il est heureux que notre vol n'ait pas atterri en soirée. ##### MX D. We had a wonderful weeklong stay! The property was very well kept and comfortable. The provided amenities like in unit washer/dryer were very much appreciated. Apart from the mounted AC unit in the living room each room had a separate fan which kept the temperature very comfortable. I personally loved the large windows in the living room which could be easily opened into a large open air atrium. We were only 5 minutes walking from the Sagrada Familia and the area felt very safe. The host was extremely personable and helped us at every stage in our stay and even gave recommendations on where were the best places to eat! It was a 5 minute walk from Sagrada Familia and had many good dining options nearby. Two different Metro stops were less than a five minute walk away as well. Check in was easy- the virtual keys I was provided worked throughout my stay.. Lots of stairs to get from the building entrance to the apartment. It is technically a second floor apartment, which means it is a third floor apartment by American standards- six flights of stairs to climb. There is a small elevator which can fit 2-3 people at one time. The apartment was generally clean. I noticed a broken doorknob for the bathroom, which could lead to someone getting locked in. The three bedrooms all came with linens and were generally comfortable. The owner was very responsive to all the questions that I had. All in all, this was a nice and safe apartment to stay in. I would make the following suggestions to the owner in order to improve the experience:1) Coffee, Coffee Filters, Cooking Spray, extra garbage bags, toilet paper and cleaning supplies would be very helpful to have in the apartment. I spent quite a bit of time obtaining these products at supermarkets. These little things would have made my stay more enjoyable.2) The washer and dryer either did not work or we could not figure out how to get it to work. The owner was super responsive when I inquired about this and offered to send a maintenance person to look at it. ##### Michael S. We stayed as a group of 6 friends and found the location to be perfect for exploring the city and also nearby towns due to its close proximity to the metro. The hosts were great and very helpful before and during our stay with answering queries and giving recommendations, we would definitely recommend a stay in this property! ##### Jack C. The location was awesome. Just a 8 minute walk from the Sagrada Familia and just three minutes from a metro station. The apartment is also super comfortable for bigger groups. I stayed here with 5 other friends and I never felt like the property was too crowded or small. The team managing the property was also great. Super straight forward when it came to check in/check out procedures and very responsive when reaching out to them. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend staying here. ##### Alvaro L.
