Welcome to your Barcelona home away from home! Located in the sought-after Eixample district, this expansive 120m² apartment offers a blend of comfort and convenience, just a short walk from Rocafort Metro and the bustling Plaza España.

We are here for you 24/7 - it’s our job to make sure you have a good time. Therefore, in addition to anything accommodation related, we can help you plan just about any experience you can think of, be it sailing trips, guided tours, off-the-beaten-path voyages.   
You can also count on us for any type of transport (limo service, bike rental, scooters, jet-skis, yachts, just about anything short of a rocket, you name it we’ll take care of it).

Welcome to Barcelona! We hope you have a wonderful stay in our flat. Please follow these simple guidelines:  
  
1\. Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10PM. Avoid slamming doors and making noise in hallways.  
  
2\. No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.  
  
3\. Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat.  
  
4\. No smoking inside the apartment.  
  
5\. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy.  
  
6\. Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays, but please request this when booking.  
  
7\. Tourist tax of €6.88 per night per guest applies to those over 16, for up to 7 days.  
  
8\. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Late arrival fees: €25 after 8PM, €50 after 12PM (paid in cash or by card).  
  
9\. Check-out time is 11AM. Luggage can be left in the apartment if no other reservations are pending.   
  
10\. Lost keys will result in a charge for changing the lock.  
  
11\. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage.  
  
Last minute bookings ?  
  
Official check in time is from 3 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 - 5 PM!
