Fully serviced boutique apartment next to Sant Antoni market with 3 double bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms. 30 minutes daily cleaning included from Monday through Saturday.

The flat has a comfortable terrace with a large table and outdoor seating area. The living room is pleasant and bright, offering a comfortable and relaxing space. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools available for cooking. The flat is also fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with free wifi and smart tv.

Located in the safe neighborhood of Eixample, the apartment is only minutes walking from the historic center, Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and the contemporary art museum.

Parking and bus stop in front of the building and Sant Antoni metro station only 2 minutes away.

Le logement est fidèle à la description et l’accueil , l’accompagnement, la gentillesse de Matteo , Eduard …est irréprochable ! L’appartement est pratique , douillet , très bien placé et très confortable ! À découvrir absolument !

Agréable séjour

Bonne situation dans la ville à proximité du métro et pas très loin de la place de catalogne. Accueil parfait avec concierges sur place, le parking public est juste en face un prix abordable pour les résidents «d’appart en Ville ». Les chambres sont situées sur la rue donc assez bruyant, en particulier les bus qui redémarrent sous les fenêtres. Gros inconvénient, des travaux dans l’immeuble à côté nous ont réveillés tous les jours avec les marteaux piqueurs de 8h00 à 14h00. De ce fait impossible de profiter de la terrasse trop bruyant matin et midi le soir tout est recouvert de poussière.

Lovely Place

We enjoyed the apartment. The hosts were so supportive in allowing us to drop our bags off early. They also gave us a map of the area and shared how to get around Barcelona to see the sights. They also were supportive when we reached out to the. The place was in walking distance to La Rambla, Gothic Quarter and St. Antone market. When we needed to get a couple of taxis to the cruise port and were struggling, the host helped us flag down cabs and spoke to the drivers for us. We enjoyed our stay.

This property is well located in lovely neighborhood and accessible to all the sites and transit. Elevator, staff extremely helpful and responsive. Rooms white, bright and airy with balcony access. We recommend 5 stars and would stay there again.

We stayed here for a week. We are a family of 4 (two adults, two teenagers) Too much to say about this flat! The location is great. Metro stations are close. Easy to get a taxi on the street. Good restaurants and cafes for a coffee and pastry in the morning. Large grocery store around the corner. The flat is just like the pictures and has an elevator. Juan greeted us when we checked in. He was very helpful and answered questions. The flat is large and clean. Great place to relax after a day of touring! Would stay here again!

Nice apartment

The property manager had excellent communication and met us for check in immediately upon our arrival. The apartment is a bit smaller than the photos would seem but we were very comfortable with four of us total. The hall stairs are very narrow but there is an elevator. The apartment was very clean and included daily cleaning service if desired which is very nice but the interior needs a bit of upkeep in painting, and in the bathrooms. The washer/dryer is on the first floor.

Everything was as listed on VRBO. The property is conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. Great communication with the property managers, including recommendations for dining and arranging for a cab to the airport on checkout day. Had a lovely trip with family. The apartment was very clean and the balcony very nice for outdoor eating.
