The flat is located in the Poble Sec neighbourhood in the Sants-Montjuïc district of Barcelona. This area is known for its wide range of entertainment and bohemian atmosphere.

During the 1920s, the area was an important entertainment centre with theatres and music halls that attracted Barcelona's working class. Today, it is a lively neighbourhood with a wealth of bars, restaurants and shops.

Within walking distance of the flat, you will find tourist attractions such as the Teatre Lliure, the Mercat de Sant Antoni and the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya. You can also easily walk to the famous Blai street, known for its tapas bars and festive atmosphere.

For food lovers, in and around Carrer de Blesa there are many typical tapas bars and restaurants, such as Cerveseria Catalana, a Barcelona institution, where you can enjoy a wide variety of tapas and local dishes. We also recommend trying the paella at La Tía Cebolla or the patatas bravas at Bar Seco.

Transport in the area is very convenient, as there are several metro stops nearby, such as Poble Sec (L3) and Paral-lel (L2 and L3), as well as several bus stops. There is also a funicular stop that connects to Montjuïc mountain, from where you can enjoy panoramic views of the city.

Welcome to this cosy two-bedroom flat with a bright and spacious living room and two small balconies that give plenty of natural light to the space. The living room is a perfect space to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favourite meals, and there is a dining table where you can enjoy your meals with your family and friends.

The master bedroom has a comfortable bed, fresh linen and ample storage space to store all your belongings. The second bedroom has a single bed, perfect for a child or an additional guest. The washroom has a large, modern shower, and there is an additional small sink for convenience.

From the small balconies, you can enjoy views of the neighbourhood and feel the cool breeze. Furthermore, the flat is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. If you are looking for tourist attractions, you can visit the famous city park or the nearby modern art museum. There are many public transport options available close to the flat, such as buses and metro, which makes getting around the city very easy and accessible.

All in all, this flat is the perfect place to enjoy your holiday or to stay while you are in the city on business - we are waiting for you to see for yourself!

Walking distance to the Raval, Las Ramblas and Montjüic. A 4 minute walk from the Paralel metro station and 10 minutes from Plaça Reial, the Columbus monument, the Liceu. Plaça Espanya is about 15 minutes walking distance (7 minutes by metro), and Fira Gran Via 2 is 12 minutes by cab or 30 minutes by public transport.

All foreign vehicles must be registered to circulate in Barcelona.
Interested parties must apply for registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.

Once compliance with the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the vehicle's registration and authorization to circulate in Barcelona.

The registration of the vehicle will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 working days of the application.
There is an administration fee of 5 euros.

We trust that our guests will take good care of our home. However, we do have some house rules:
-There is some construction work going on in another apartment in the building so noise may occur between 8:00 and 18:00.
- The neighbors community has strictly forbidden groups of friends to stay in the apartment, so unfortunately we cannot accept reservations made by groups of friends.
- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- The flat´s capacity is of 4 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- A tourist tax will need to be paid separately at check-in in cash. This charge is 6.90€ per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay. Regardless of whether any guest stays for fewer nights, the tax is applied to the total number of nights in the reservation.
-Starting May 1st, the tourist tax will increase to €9.35 (VAT included), per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
