The Space: The location is perfect, as it takes five minutes to reach Plaça Catalunya and Plaça Universitat, and if you want a bit of nature and space, in a few minutes you can walk through Sebastian Gasch Park and Tete Montoliu gardens. When entering the interior of the house, the first and very good impression is the hydraulic floors and the high, handcrafted ceilings, very pleasant for the eyes. The truth is that you would like to stay inside the house and rest or prepare a good paella in the company of your family or friends. The location of this property is unbeatable, on Gran Via and in the Sant Antoni neighborhood. A popular and especially very commercial area where we can find the great Market of San Antoni, one of the most emblematic markets of Barcelona, which occupies an entire block and is currently being reformed, one of the greatest challenges of the neighborhood. Other points of interest are the small squares that have been created at the crossroads of two of its streets. It is an area full of restaurants and nightlife. In addition, you have the nicest squares in Barcelona just a few minutes’ walk away. Transport Perfectly communicated with public transport, metro red line L1, bus 41/E94/L94/L95\.
