Located on the sixth and top floor, it is a very bright flat. It has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 singles), central air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. The space Discover this bright 70 m² flat located on Avenida Paral·lel, one of the best-connected areas of Barcelona, ideal for enjoying the city in comfort. With capacity for up to 4 people, the flat is perfect for families, small groups or work stays. The flat has three bedrooms: one double and two singles, offering a practical and functional layout. It has central air conditioning, ensuring comfort all year round, and a fully equipped kitchen, designed so you can prepare your meals just like at home. Located on the sixth and top floor of the building, the flat stands out for being very bright, thanks to its height and the natural light that enters throughout the day. The accommodation has shared Wi-Fi to keep you connected during your stay. The building has an old lift, characteristic of traditional Barcelona buildings, which can sometimes generate some noise. 🚭 Accommodation rules: Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms in the flat. Thanks to its location on Avenida Paral·lel, you will be close to Poble-sec, Montjuïc, Las Ramblas and public transport, making it easy to get around the city and discover its main attractions. A spacious, bright and well-located flat, ideal for enjoying Barcelona in comfort and tranquillity. Important Notice: From January 12th to 30th, 2026, renovation work will take place in the building’s entrance hall. There may be occasional noise or disturbance during the daytime. Access to the apartment will remain available at all times At the moment the building next door is undertaking some works so during the day you may heard some noise Please note the following important information before booking: \- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. \- Baby crib Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. \-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. \-Arrival after hours: \- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50. \- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR. \- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros \- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply. (€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). \- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony. \- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). Guest access Guests have access to all the apartment. Tapas and gastronomy Near the flat is Carrer de Blai, a street full of tapas and pinchos bars that is perfect for discovering the local cuisine. Montjuïc and green areas A few steps away you can enjoy Montjuïc, an area full of gardens, museums and viewpoints. You can also visit the Font Màgica, very popular for its night-time light and water show. Excellent connections The area has metro and bus services and quick access to tourist attractions such as Las Ramblas, La Boqueria, Plaça Espanya and the historic centre. This accommodation is ideal for families, small groups, students or business travellers looking for a strategic location with services, atmosphere and comfort. Oct 2, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy #### Pretty good, but only pretty good The property was clean and as advertised. However, there were two issues. First, we got there on a Friday and had a question that arose by Sunday AM. There were three of us in the unit and we stayed a week, but the owner supplied only 3 rolls of toilet paper, one tiny bottle of shampoo and one tiny bottle of body wash. As every VRBO and other similar apartments in which I have ever stayed supplied MUCH more, I asked about getting more. We didn't receive a response until late on Monday, so it appeared that they had nobody covering questions from clients over the weekend, which seems inappropriate to me. Second, while they did bring more supplies by Tuesday morning, their initial answer was that "It is only a welcome pack that we offer but usually we do not refill since some guests only stay for 2 days." Yeah, but they knew there were 3 of us and that we staying a week. So, bad answer. Other questions also arose, and the response time was generally 8 to 12 hours, which is pretty slow. Additionally, although the unit was clean, there were items that showed quite a bit of wear, and the second and third bedrooms were really tiny, which wasn't really apparent from the listing. So, overall, it was okay, but I probably wouldn'tstay there again. ##### Richard S. Stayed 7 nights in Sep 2024 ### 4/10 Poor #### Derek B. Nov 3, 2024 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### most unsatisfactory the contact from loca estate agency, luis campuzano, was misleading and untruthful . He said he was waiting for us at appartment but we had to wait for him. there was no plug in sink in kitchen no tea towels, no toaster. luis said he would rectify this but we never heard from him. kitchen was falling apart and I had to wash up in a bucket. ##### Derek B.
