It is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in two bedrooms and has several balconies: the living room, the main bedroom and the back bedroom. The accommodation Discover this comfortable and bright 72 m² apartment, located just next to the famous Sant Antoni market, in one of the most dynamic and authentic neighbourhoods of Barcelona. Ideal for families, friends or medium-stay stays, this apartment combines comfort, functionality and an unbeatable location. The apartment has three rooms: a double bedroom, two single rooms and a walk-in wardrobe, offering a practical and well-arranged space. It has a complete bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped independent kitchen, ideal for preparing your meals and enjoying your stay as if at home. The living room is spacious and bright, equipped with air conditioning, as are two of the bedrooms, ensuring comfort throughout the year. The apartment has several balconies that bring natural light and ventilation: the living room and the main bedroom have a balcony overlooking Manso Street, while the back bedroom has a balcony overlooking a quiet inner courtyard, perfect for relaxing. Its location is one of its main assets: a few steps from the Sant Antoni market, surrounded by trendy restaurants, tapas bars, speciality cafés and local shops. Moreover, it is very well served by the metro and buses, and is located just a few minutes from Paral·lel, Poble-sec, the Raval and the historic centre. This is not guaranteed, clients must request it 24 to 48 hours in advance and if available, we will provide it. \-Additional traveller: Each additional traveller not included in the booking will be charged £10 per night. \-Arrival outside of opening hours: \- Our arrival time is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday (ask us if you wish to arrive earlier). Outside of these hours, we will charge 30 € in cash, after 10:00 PM it will be 50 € and after 1:00 AM it will be 100 € \- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, the weekend, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 EUR and from 1 am it will be 100 euros. \- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the rates will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm 100 euros and after 1 am 150 euros \- The tourist tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply (£5.50/person/night, from 16 years old and up to 7 nights). \- It is FORBIDDEN to smoke under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having proof that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. \- Parties or gatherings are under NO circumstances PERMITTED. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
