Property Summary  
Campiglia is a beautiful agriturismo situated in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by fields and vineyards. It offers six apartments and is conveniently located just 2 kilometers from the charming village of Tavarnelle Val Di Pesa, Italy, 30 kilometers from Florence, and 45 kilometers from Siena. This vacation rental boasts a well-kept garden with trees, a large lawn for sunbathing, a fenced swimming pool measuring 17 x 7 meters with a depth of 110-140 cm (available from April 25th to October 31st), an outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Additionally, it provides internet WiFi, parking, a tennis court, and an installment plan for payments.  
  
Outdoors  
The property occupies a 20-hectare plot of land in an elevated and sunny position, offering stunning views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The beautifully maintained outdoor areas include a well-kept garden with trees and a large lawn perfect for sunbathing. The swimming pool, measuring 17 x 7 meters with a depth of 110-140 cm, is fenced for safety and available seasonally from April 25th to October 31st. Guests can enjoy an outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, and a barbecue area, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable outdoor experience.

The property provides shared laundry facilities with a washing machine for guests' convenience. Access to the property is via a 300-meter long unpaved motor access road. Families are welcome, and the property offers baby equipment. Groups of teenagers are permitted by request only. The owner resides on the same property, and each house or apartment is individually designed and furnished.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance of various shops, including a grocery store, supermarket, restaurant, bar, and bakery. The bus stop is just 2 kilometers away, and the nearest railway station, "Barberino Zambra," is 10 kilometers away. The sandy beach "Cecina Mare" is 90 kilometers from the property, and opportunities for golfing, tennis, and fishing are available nearby. Nearby attractions include the medieval town of San Gimignano (22 kilometers), the historic town of Certaldo (15 kilometers), the picturesque town of Volterra (52 kilometers), and the charming town of Montalcino (85 kilometers).

You will be staying in the spacious and renovated Campiglia apartment, which is a three-room unit perfect for a vacation with up to four adults. This apartment is located on the first floor and features rustic furnishings that add to its charm. The living and dining room area serves as the heart of the apartment, where you can gather around the open-hearth fireplace, enjoy meals at the dining table, or relax while watching satellite TV. The apartment comprises two double bedrooms, providing comfortable and peaceful retreats for guests to unwind, with natural stone floors contributing to the rustic ambiance.

The open kitchen in the Campiglia apartment is fully equipped with an oven, four gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring you have everything you need for your culinary needs during your stay. The apartment also includes a shower, bidet, and toilet, as well as gas heating (extra charge). Outside, you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the countryside from the patio, complete with terrace furniture and deck chairs for soaking up the sun and admiring the scenic surroundings. Additionally, the apartment offers free WiFi and a reserved parking space.
