Just one kilometer from the sea, Villa Antea offers a holiday experience infused with the scent of salt and the sounds of the Adriatic, creating the perfect harmony between luxury, nature, and the Mediterranean.  
Set on a spacious 7,500 m² estate, the villa is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden filled with carefully selected plants native to the Adriatic climate, ensuring peace and complete privacy.  
The interior space of 520 m² accommodates up to 12 guests in four luxurious bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, along with additional guest restrooms. The expansive 550 m² terrace, partly covered with a 150 m² shaded area, is finished in travertine stone, while the driveway is paved with porphyry stone. At the heart of the property lies a heated saltwater pool measuring 12 × 6 meters, accompanied by a fully equipped summer kitchen and a wine cellar stocked with over 160 bottles of premium Istrian wines — perfect for long summer evenings under the stars.  
Note: Minimum stay of 3 nights.  
THE PRICE INCLUDES daily villa cleaning, daily pool maintenance and cleaning, private concierge service, a large heated saltwater pool, electric vehicle charging station, 8 bicycles, jacuzzi and sauna, charcoal for barbecue, technical support, a basket of organic fruit from a local farm, and a welcome package that includes natural mineral water, juices, tea, and coffee.  
\*AVAILABLE AT AN ADDITIONAL COST: stocking up with food and beverages, premium wine collection of 160 bottles, private driver, private wine tasting at an organic local winery, private shopping trip to Italy, massage treatments, private yoga sessions, beauty treatments, childcare and sustainable kids’ activities, private photographer, horseback riding, cooking classes, unpacking service upon arrival, gardener, and private staff.  
Fishing and/or hunting experiences can also be organized — the villa is located within the “Barban” XVIII/129 hunting grounds, while fishing can be arranged nearby on the freshwater of the Raša River or in the Adriatic Sea, either from the shore or by boat.

The villa offers a serene escape while being just a short drive from Pula’s ancient Roman architecture, including the Pula Arena, one of the best-preserved Roman amphitheaters, and it's vibrant markets, and stunning beaches. The area is perfect for those seeking tranquility and nature, yet close enough to enjoy the rich cultural and culinary offerings of the region.  
Explore Barban, renowned for the Gracišće Parish Church, a striking example of traditional Croatian architecture dating back to the 13th century.  
The charming town of Labin, just 20 minutes away, is home to the Labin Art Republic, where you can wander cobbled streets, meet local artists, and enjoy stunning views. A scenic drive will lead you to the fairy-tale town of Motovun, famous for its vineyards and truffle hunting experiences and Motovun Film Festival. Rabac, with its beautiful pebble beaches and crystal-clear waters, is perfect for a beach day along the Istrian coast.  
For wine enthusiasts, the area is rich in local wine producers, offering excellent opportunities for wine tasting.  
Finally, a visit to Rovinj, with its cobbled streets, picturesque harbor, and the towering Church of St. Euphemia, is perfect for a romantic escape.
