The house is spacious, we had lots of privacy and the washer and dryer were super helpful. A couple of downsides to note - overall the place needs some maintenance. We learned it’s used for student rentals in the off season and this makes sense for the general condition of it. The rugs are older and stained and bugs get in around the a/c units. The kitchen isn’t well stocked, be prepared to bring or buy basics like salt and pepper, sponges, coffee filters. Finally, the responsiveness of the management wasn’t great. We had internet and TV issues when we arrived and no one got back to us until late the next day. For what we paid, I wouldn’t stay here again. ##### Sarah K.
