This is a great find for the location and value. I was very pleased by how well the room was cleaned and maintained. The motel itself is towards the end of Main Street so everything is very walkable and within minutes from Acadia National Park.

This was a nice hotel however, there were mouse droppings outside almost every room. In our room, the ceiling was leaking from the room above in the bathroom. Also, there was mold on the ceiling that was painted over and creeping through. When I told the office and called the office, they were very blasé about it and did that take care of it while we were there. When the family upstairs use the bathroom, it was very very loud in our room and they also sounded desert. They had a herd of elephants with them.

Needs a fence between neighbors on the Pats Pizza side. Rusty heater in bathroom. Poor lighting, just needs different bulbs. The fridge and microwave should be on a table, not on the floor. The public ice dispenser is definitely not sanitary. The location is excellent. Current road construction is an eyesore but that's temporary.

Right on the Main Street as advertised. Short walk to the main part of town but like that it’s away from the shops and the restaurants so it’s quiet. You don’t hear the road noise or people walking by.

Loud Sunday night
overall, pricey for what you get. An old fashioned two level Motel. A clean room with thin walls and creaky floors. The weekend including, Sunday night to Monday room were booked. There were several loud guests in different rooms arguing, yelling, laughing, racing up the wood stairs, running along elevated wood walk all evening and in to early morning hours 11pm to 3 am. It was partying situation and loud. Made getting rest difficult. Otherwise good walkable location , friendly and helpful staff, yogurt and good coffee

Great place. Great location near shops and restaurants. Clean, comfy and nice amenities like tea, coffee, snacks. I appreciated their customer service the most, though. They helped us with a parking issue prior to check-in and they gave us great tips on where to go on our trip to Portland.

The front desk staff was great! However there was 2 quarter sized holes in our shower that constantly blew cold air. For 349 a night. I expected a little more.

My mom and I stayed here for two days during our girls trip. The location is wonderful and within walking distance to everything in downtown Bar Harbor. The bed was so comfortable too. I would advise bringing ear plugs just to block out the noise from the other guests going up and down the stairs and walking in the room above yours.

This motel is in a great location, shopping and dining is within walking distance. The motel was standard for the price and location. The air conditioning in the room was not keeping the room cool and was really loud. I would not normally complain about pillows but the pillows here were ridiculously overstuffed and extra firm. Could not sleep well at all between the AC and the pillows.

Excellent Motel
This is a motel not a hotel. It is very clean and up to date. The location is perfect. It is at the end of the busy section of Main Street and away from the crowds and noise. The shops and restaurants are close and easy to walk to.

Overall our stay at the hotel was great. Charming little place that has been refreshed. The bathroom did show its age a bit though and the light outside our room was burnt out or just not working. Would stay there again as it was conveniently located right on Main Street with all the shops and restaurants.
