« This is a hidden gem! Just 5min from the centre of Banos but away from the tourist noise. Historic - I sat at the table of Ecuador's first President. Room was spacious and looked out on the garden. Great bar and restaurant. But best of all were the staff and service. Especially Paul who always went the extra mile and continues to do so as I forgot some stuff. « This is a boutique like hotel. The property is very clean. I can tell that they take pride with the upkeep of the place and the staff is very kind. The location is great; near a park, a bank, and many dining options…but I think location is the same for most all hotel accommodations in this town because you can pretty much walk to every single thing in the city from any given point. We arrived to the hotel very early, were allowed to leave our luggage and we went to have breakfast at a nearby...

The hotel manager is an incredible person — always attentive, available, kind, and welcoming. He took care of everything to make our stay perfect, organizing all our excursions so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The hotel’s location is ideal: right across from a river, with stunning views of the mountains and lush greenery. Breakfast was delicious, and the prices are unbeatable. We truly felt at home, almost like being part of a family — a rare and precious feeling when traveling."
