When the owner was contacted, he said we were out of luck bc he couldn’t get it fixed until the end of our stay. In order to sleep in that room, we had to switch a breaker, which meant no electricity (which meant no tv and no fan!!) Really disappointed with this experience. It would had been an easy fix had the owner had a key on hand for the building people. The owner was going to offer a small refund, but have not seen one nor any had any other communication, other than for us to record the sound. ##### kimberly f. It just so happened we were there when it was quite warm by mountain standards. Check-in process was easy, shuttle was convenient. My son loved the indoor pool area. My only suggestion to the owner would be is look into getting more comfy/sturdy patio furniture.
